 Coach Jared Lynch – Graduated from El Cap in 2000. Jared has been playing soccer in east county San Diego since he was 6 years old in AYSO, Crusaders, USA, and Hotspurs USA. Jared was a varsity player at El Cap and team captain as a senior. Jared has also played 4 years of collegiate club soccer at San Diego State University where he was a 2 time competitor in the National Championship Invitational Tournament. Jared has played in the San Diego County Soccer League Premier, Super Major, Major, and 1st divisions. Jared has been coaching at El Cap since 2000 when he started as the JV coach under Matt Robertson and as the Varsity Coach since 2003. Jared also coached for Hotspurs USA AA-B & AA-A U11 – U 14 teams since 2004, as well as the San Diego State University Mens Club Soccer team in 2005 and 2006. Jared was also the student president of the club in 2007/2008. Jared currently holds a CYSA “E” Coaching license, CPR/First Aid Certifications, as well as an Undergraduate and Graduate degree. Jared currently resides in Lakeside CA with his wife Lori.
 Coach JB Blessinger - Grew up playing Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer just outside of Portland, Oregon. JB came to San Diego in 1998 to pursue his masters degree at San Diego State University. JB was the founding member of the San Diego State University Mens Club Soccer Team in which he has lead the team to 3 National Championship Tournaments and 2 Regional titles. JB has played soccer for more than 20 years at various levels and has been involved in youth coaching for over 15 years. JB has been the assistant coach at El Capitan for the past 6 seasons.
 Boys JV Head Coach - Bruce DonnerCoach Bruce Donner - is a Lakeside resident and father of 2 boys. He has a tremendous love for the game and has been involved in coaching or playing soccer for more than 40 years. Coach Bruce likes to put the focus on development of fundamental soccer skills and turning the JV level players into future varsity team members. He has been involved in the Lakeside AYSO for many years and has coached at El Capitan for the past 3 seasons. His playing experience started at the age of 5 in youth and club leagues. He attended Glendora High School in Los Angeles and played 3 varsity seasons before moving on to the collegiate level at Azusa Pacific University.
